I’m 5’6”, 155 lbs, mom pooch, and I ordered a size Large. Fits well in arms, chest, hips. Covers most of the butt and upper inner thighs. Would be good with leggings. Thinner material and really stretchy.
This shirt almost has a silky feel to it, I love the style and fit, the print is pretty. Flattering and probably a good shirt for layering.
